Responsibilities
- Lead and support IT initiatives while coordinating with internal technical teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Design and implement infrastructure solutions following industry standards and structured methodologies.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships through clear communication and proactive support.
- Collaborate with peers to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes across all client engagements.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support client and team success.
- You will work directly with business leaders and technical teams to design, implement, and support infrastructure solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience supporting large or enterprise-level IT environments.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server and VMware technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and objectively.
- The role offers exposure to diverse infrastructure projects and the opportunity to deepen your expertise across modern technologies.
- Microsoft Cloud (Fundamental or advanced)
- CCNP or CCNA
- Security certifications
- Background in systems or infrastructure administration or IT leadership is beneficial.
- Strong analytical approach to troubleshooting and solution design.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Passion for continuous learning and the ability to adopt new technologies
- You will make a direct impact by helping clients strategically leverage technology to solve business challenges.
