Coordinate and manage the Financial Services Target Operating Model (TOM) meetings, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear follow-up actions across offices.
Support international bid and proposal processes, connecting teams and maintaining quality and consistency.
Manage and align the international events calendar, ensuring visibility of relevant events and supporting follow-up to capture leads.
Maintain and develop our knowledge base and reference-case library, working with project leads and AI teams to ensure best practice sharing.
Provide proposal and client meeting support, ensuring efficiency, quality, and impact of deliverables.
Help strengthen partnerships and capability mapping across markets to drive new business.
Collaborate with other impact officers to share best practices and continuously improve our ways of working.
