About the role

  • These positions are on both our Finance & Acquisitions as well as Strategy teams.

Responsibilities

  • This role will directly support and inform DESRI's M&A and financial underwriting processes.
  • Investment & Acquisitions Team You'll be responsible for building and reviewing financial models to support management investment decisions, with a focus on modeling project returns, optimizing capital structure, identifying risks and potential upside, and presenting analytical findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • A record of academic and professional achievement, well-developed communication skills, the ability to collaborate well with a small team, proven organizational acumen when working on multiple projects, and a high level of motivation are all vital to this role.

Requirements

  • Candidates should have an undergraduate degree and at least two years of experience (Associate), as well as modeling capabilities, preferably in Excel.

Nice to have

  • A demonstrated interest in and experience with renewable energy projects and/or electricity markets in the United States is preferred.

Compensation

  • The expected annual base salary for this position is $100,000 - $160,000.
