- Serving as the primary internal operations officer for the Development pillar, this role architects the critical infrastructure, systems, and processes that power transformational revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Foster cross-functional alignment to ensure teams are collaborating effectively to support fundraising operations.
- Operational Strategy & Infrastructure Develop and implement the overarching operations strategy, driving continuous process improvement to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Partner with the leadership of Marketing and Information Technology to optimize CRM workflows, gift processing, and the broader technical infrastructure to ensure strict compliance and accuracy.
- Oversee campaign management execution to establish early momentum with priority and brand projects working to build fundraising from there, rather than achieving goals simply by integrating into a campaign priority.
Requirements
- Regular travel, including evening and weekend work required
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Years of experience: 10 + years e xperienced leading development operations and strategy across multiple fundraising channels.

Compensation
- The starting rate is $206,000 to $270,000 annual.
