- The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation

Requirements
- EPA Certification required
- Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and mini-splits
- Ability to explain technical issues and recommendations to homeowners
- The ideal candidate is technically strong, customer-focused, and takes pride in helping homeowners solve their comfort issues.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- NATE Certification is a plus
