Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategy and thought partner to clients and senior officers of the firm
- Utilize IxI technology products and client provided information to develop conclusions and recommendations (written and verbal)
- Work with senior members of the team to scope and develop proposals for new projects
- Analyze research and data to uncover insights and build smart, usable recommendations
- Collaborate across disciplines - working with creatives, behavioral scientists, and technologists
- Contribute to business development by building proposals and nurturing client relationships

Requirements
- 7-8 years of life sciences consulting experience, ideally at a top consulting firm or life sciences data organization
- Proven leadership across multiple workstreams and teams
- BA/BS required; MBA or Master's in a related field preferred
- Strong data analyst and synthesis skills-you connect dots others miss
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- A self-starting, collaborative mindset-you lead with curiosity and clarity

Nice to have
- MBA or Master's in a related field preferred
- Foreign language skills a plus, but not required
Compensation
- $180,000 - $195,000 base plus bonus eligible
- BGBx is headquartered in New York City, and the salary range listed reflects the expected base compensation for this role in the New York metropolitan area.
- For candidates located outside the New York City area, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market for the employee's primary work location.
- Final compensation will be determined based on geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
