Build and maintain price books in Salesforce for partner channels
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Order Management to support the execution of complex deals involving hardware, software, and services.

Minimum of 2 years of experience generating quotes within a CPQ tool, with demonstrated ability to manage complex quoting scenarios (hardware + software + services)

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority requests simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when working across complex pricing structures, multi-currency deals, and contract-specific terms

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Hands-on experience creating and managing accounts, opportunities, and quotes in a CRM (preferably Salesforce)
Familiarity with the quote-to-cash process and an understanding of how quoting connects to downstream order management and finance workflows
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
Experience with Salesforce CPQ quoting, contract pricing setups, and price book management within the Salesforce CRM
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Adobe Acrobat/Editor, and Google Workspace
Previous experience in a start-up, scale-up, or high-growth healthcare or life sciences environment

The Quote Operations Specialist will serve as a critical execution partner to our Sales, Finance, and Order Management teams, owning the end-to-end quoting process within Salesforce CPQ.
Operating in a high-urgency, fast-paced environment, this individual will be responsible for generating accurate and timely quotes across our human and veterinary lines of business, supporting both domestic and international customers in multiple currencies.
Beyond core quote generation, this role encompasses contract pricing setup, clawback processing, price book management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure complex deals move through the quote-to-cash process efficiently.
