About the role
- As a leader of our culture, the Human Resources Manager will ensure a seamless employee experience, providing excellent service to all employees.
- Additionally, this role requires the use of confidentiality and integrity with regards to all employee interactions and matters.
- This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- This position is required to work in person at Aspen Highlands Human Resources office.
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field of study such as Human Resources or Business Management required
- Minimum 3 years' previous work experience in a manager level Human Resources role required
Nice to have
- PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred
