About the role

  • You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the food service area, conducting regular performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Assist in recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a motivated and high-performing team.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring high-quality food service, addressing customer concerns promptly, and maintaining consistent food quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager, other Guest Experience Managers, the Training Team, HR Business Partner, Category Management, and other Operational Managers to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss operational performance and implement improvement plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead and inspire a team dedicated to providing exceptional food service and achieving operational excellence.
  • Your primary responsibilities include overseeing daily food preparation, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Additionally, you will support the Store Manager in achieving financial targets, conducting audits, and stepping in as the acting Store Manager when needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, food service, and/or retail environment.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team.
  • Ability to work a varied full-time schedule including days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
  • No offsite travel will be required.

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • associate or bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Compensation
