About the role

  • We are seeking a Business Operations Associate to join our founding team.
  • This is not a narrow, task-execution role.
  • You'll move quickly, wear multiple hats, and help define the operational foundations that will grow with us through Series A and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • GTM Operations - Own the systems and workflows that keep Clarasight's go-to-market motion running smoothly.
  • Process Design & Tooling - Identify friction across the business and design better processes. Evaluate, implement, and manage internal tools that improve how teams work, from onboarding to execution.
  • Automation & Optimization - Build automations that eliminate repetitive manual work across sales, hiring, and internal operations. Look for opportunities to do more with less through smart system design.
  • Global Operations - Support hiring coordination, onboarding, and the people processes that make Clarasight a great place to work. Help build the operational infrastructure and cultural foundations that scale as we grow the team across geographies.

Requirements

  • Have 3-5 years of experience in operations, consulting, or a similar role, ideally at a startup or fast-moving company.
