Responsibilities
- Partner with business executives and management teams to develop and execute human resources strategies that support innovative organizational capability and enhance workforce engagement.
- Drive initiatives that align with corporate objectives, implementing effective HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering credible and timely counsel in the areas of organizational design, team building, and strategic workforce planning.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure effective adoption and implementation of organizational changes at various levels.
- HR Mastery: Maintains expertise in the HR field and applies best practices effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects effectively.
Requirements
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in HR Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience supporting engineering and operations is preferred but not required
Compensation
- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,000.00 - $197,200.00 per year.
- The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan.
- Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire.
- New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
- At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives.
