- This is an in-person role that sits at the center of our local team.
- You will help keep schedules organized, onboarding smooth, compliance on track, and daily operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation stays current
- Support employee status changes and off-boarding documentation
- Manage weekly shift schedules for GSE operators
- Track attendance and support accurate timekeeping and metrics reporting
- Help maintain organized documentation and reporting
- Maintain clear issuance and return logs
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and deliveries
- Coordinate meetings and maintain organized calendars
- Support follow-ups and action items to keep projects moving
- We're hiring an HR Coordinator to support our Atlanta operation.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in office coordination, HR support, operations, or administrative roles
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to pass federal background checks and maintain airport badging
- Comfortable working onsite near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport
Nice to have
- Experience with shift scheduling or hourly workforces
- Interest in operations, HR, or aviation
