Responsibilities

  • The individual will work directly with our attorneys, performing a variety of administrative support duties and will be responsible for coordinating new client engagement.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of general office practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ProDoc
  • The ideal candidate for this position is organized, professional, responsible, capable of working with limited supervision and committed to helping us meet all our clients' needs.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Entry level experience working in an office setting, preferably in the legal environment
  • Skill in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated skill in effective oral and written communication
  • Skill in exercising sound judgment and effective decision making
