About the role
- This position is responsible for providing support across multiple pillars in the Sales, Operational, & QA teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain up to date knowledge of loan program updates & internal credit policy requirements
- Document common scenarios and create QRG/FAQs to support MLOs, Underwriters, Customer Experience Team, and Processors.
Requirements
- 4+ years of home lending underwriting experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in Home Equity.
