Responsibilities
- Partner with Merchandising, Product Development, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure sample availability aligns with product launches and customer demand.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Develop standard operating procedures and train team members on inventory management processes and safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in cross-functional projects as assigned.
