About the role
- As Product Manager, Fulfillment & Delivery, you will own the systems, integrations, and operational processes that get every Hone patient their medications on time, every time.
- You will report directly to the Head of Product Management and partner closely with our engineering, pharmacy, clinical, and operations teams to build reliable, scalable fulfillment infrastructure across both Rx and non-Rx product lines.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for Fulfillment & Delivery, spanning prescription writing and approval workflows, order creation and combination logic, pharmacy and carrier integrations, and the tooling that powers Hone's pharmacy technology and operations teams
- Own end-to-end medication delivery reliability, defining the metrics, building the visibility, and partnering across pharmacy operations, clinical operations, engineering, and finance to ensure every patient receives their medication on time, every time
- Partner with engineering to design, specify, and ship reliable integrations with DoseSpot, pharmacies, supplement vendors, and shipping carriers
- Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement
- Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving engineering, design, and operational teams
