About the role

  • This role will serve as a senior creative leader on the Central Creative team, dedicated to producing best-in-class video, for both celebrity and non-celebrity content for our iconic brands.
  • The Associate Director displays an 'all hands on deck' and 'can-do' attitude.
  • They are the driving force behind their shoots - creative innovators and stewards of the brands.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire project scope, timeline, and budget in close partnership with the Production & Post Operations team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • A strong creative storyteller with a deep understanding of what drives engagement and audience growth on YouTube and other digital platforms.
  • Passionate, curious and willing to collaborate, test and learn

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in digital video production, with a proven track record of both developing and producing high-performing Youtube-first content.

Compensation

  • New York: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00
  • The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future.
  • Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance.
  • The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees.
  • Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
