About the role

  • The pay range for this position is 95K to 130K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).

Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Lead the end-to-end design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring that solutions are both user-friendly and aligned with business goals.
  • Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system that reflects Businessolver's brand standards and enhances the overall user experience.
  • Develop personas, user journeys, and scenarios to inform design decisions.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to drive design choices, validate concepts, and iterate on solutions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.
  • We train our employees to maintain leading class security practices and expect all employees to adhere to policy, procedures and controls.
  • Experience working in agile or iterative development environments, with a keen understanding of how design integrates with the development lifecycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.

Requirements

  • This role requires expertise in designing for web and mobile applications, proficiency in conversational design, and a strong ability to make design decisions driven by data.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
