About the role

The Strategic Sales Director will be responsible for finding and growing new enterprise business.
Effectively communicate the vision and value of Unite Us technology to prospects and clients.
Consistently meet or exceed the predetermined quarterly and annual sales quotas.

Manage and work assigned sales territory, focusing on enterprise opportunities
Build new relationships with executives and key decision makers within assigned accounts and lead RFPs and other enterprise pursuits
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast through Unite Us CRM tools.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
Own the hand off of new clients to the Unite Us implementation team.
Proven ability to identify, develop, and close net-new business opportunities in greenfield territories through relationship-driven government sales.

6+ years of enterprise sales or relevant leadership experience.
Demonstrated success selling into state and local government agencies, including experience navigating public sector procurement and engaging county, state, and community stakeholders.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience in SaaS sales is a plus.

Consistently meet or exceed the predetermined quarterly and annual sales quotas.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
This position is remote, U.S. based. Candidates must reside in Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Kentucky to be considered.
This position may require 40% travel
The target pay range for this role is: $130,000-$145,000. This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed salary will be dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies, as well as location.
