Manage visitor registration and badge issuance for the facility, including badge activation and deactivation.
Record data of all incoming packages and manage distribution.
Maintain work area in an orderly and neat fashion, including reception area, amenities, and conference rooms.
Perform building inspections and manage the appearance of common areas within the office.
Manage supplier visits, vendor management, and escorting.
Manage pantry/kitchen and office supply inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies.
Ensure turnstile compliance, manage security alarm notifications to facilities staff, and facilitate intercom communications.
Set up events the evening before and manage orders for food and decorations.
Manage Purple Tie - linen account and operate the Kastle building card system access.
Provide meeting support to HR/Executive assistant as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
