Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day Accounts Payable process, including invoice review, coding, payment processing, and vendor communications.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable activities, including client invoicing, collections, payment application, and aging follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are processed in accordance with company policies.
  • Partner with leadership to identify process improvements and strengthen financial operations.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and operational initiatives as business needs arise.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing, payment, and reporting questions in a timely manner.

  • The anticipated workload is approximately 20 hours per week, this role will oversee day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable, and recurring financial reporting to ensure continuity of finance operations while partnering closely with internal stakeholders.
