About the role

Leads design across a range of large and small-scale projects, campaigns, day-to- day projects to support business needs, in-store, POP, store fixtures, site promotions, emails, social assets and blog.
Mentors junior designers and third party resources, potentially with direct report responsibilities, offering support and project guidance.
Leads by example with consistent focus, clear and concise communication, passion for design and proven ability to craft high quality work.
Develops relationships with cross functional team members focused on collaboration and co-creation to produce forward thinking concepts that have a direct impact on business results and elevate the Finish Line brand experience.
Prepares daily creative executions for review by Art Directors, Creative Directors and internal/external business partners.
Collaborate with and facilitate project outcomes with third party vendors.
