About the role

  • As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Humanoid, you will own the planning and execution of complex robotics programs, ensuring predictable delivery of our next-generation humanoid systems.
  • You will lead cross-functional development across hardware and software, coordinating efforts across Vancouver, Boston, and London to deliver highly integrated robotic platforms.
  • This is a high-impact role requiring strong technical judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to drive execution across deeply interdependent teams.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively anticipate risks, put handling plans in place, and manage them actively
  • Empathize with, partner with, negotiate with, and manage stakeholders. Use tactful and effective approaches to achieve alignments and secure commitments
  • Based on situational judgment, manage at various levels between strategic and detailed
  • Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant post-graduate experience as a project or program manager leading hardware new product introduction
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field relevant to robotics or engineering
  • Experience leading development of complex systems integrating hardware, firmware, and software
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and hardware development processes for scalable manufacturing
  • Experience working in highly cross-functional engineering environments
  • Proficiency with multiple program management methodologies and tools
  • Ability to remain calm, structured, and effective under pressure, including with executive stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or advanced hardware companies
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
  • Familiarity with robotics development lifecycles and integration challenges
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
  • Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or production ramp environments

Compensation
