About the role
- As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Humanoid, you will own the planning and execution of complex robotics programs, ensuring predictable delivery of our next-generation humanoid systems.
- You will lead cross-functional development across hardware and software, coordinating efforts across Vancouver, Boston, and London to deliver highly integrated robotic platforms.
- This is a high-impact role requiring strong technical judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to drive execution across deeply interdependent teams.
Responsibilities
- Proactively anticipate risks, put handling plans in place, and manage them actively
- Empathize with, partner with, negotiate with, and manage stakeholders. Use tactful and effective approaches to achieve alignments and secure commitments
- Based on situational judgment, manage at various levels between strategic and detailed
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant post-graduate experience as a project or program manager leading hardware new product introduction
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field relevant to robotics or engineering
- Experience leading development of complex systems integrating hardware, firmware, and software
- Strong understanding of mechanical and hardware development processes for scalable manufacturing
- Experience working in highly cross-functional engineering environments
- Proficiency with multiple program management methodologies and tools
- Ability to remain calm, structured, and effective under pressure, including with executive stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or advanced hardware companies
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
- Familiarity with robotics development lifecycles and integration challenges
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
- Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or production ramp environments
Compensation
