About the role
- This role is essential to maintaining a smooth, welcoming, and well-functioning office environment for employees and visitors.
- Assists with meeting logistics and coordination, food orders, and internal event setup.
- Acts as the point of contact for facilitating essential communication and job specific forms for all Crusoe staff and onsite GC and Primes.
Responsibilities
- The Workplace Site Coordinator will support daily operational needs at the data center construction site.
- This role is critical to keeping the site safe, efficient, and well-organized by coordinating logistics, vendor services, supplies, and employee support.
- Crusoe is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Workplace Site Coordinator to support day-to-day workplace operations in our site job site offices.
- You will be the front line of the workplace experience, ensuring spaces are organized, stocked, and ready to support daily operations.
- You will work closely with the Workplace Operations Manager to support office operations, events, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage PPE distribution, supply tracking, and workplace readiness (meeting spaces, break areas, signage).
- Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure seamless site execution.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate has 2-4+ years of experience in office coordination, hospitality, or administrative support, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
