Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of three (3) years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in the automotive industry.
- Must have a background and expertise in recordkeeping, reporting, and compliance (i.e., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP).
- Must have the ability to read and write technical reports and programs.
- Must have an understanding of manufacturing technologies and processes.
- Must be detail-oriented and have excellent analytical skills.
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Must be proficient with computers and demonstrated skills in office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Manufacturing Engineering
- or closely related technical field.
- Familiar with process control quality tools.
- Familiar with statistical control methods in problem solving.
Nice to have
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) highly preferred.
- Overnight domestic travel based on customer need (20%).
- Some international travel may be required (less than 10%).

- The employee must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting and/or moving light objects up to ten (10) pounds, and occasionally lift items up to thirty (30) pounds.
