Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models related to revenue, headcount, operational spend, and growth initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance leadership
- Support evaluation of growth initiatives, investments, and operational strategies
- Build dashboards and reporting tools that improve business visibility
- We are seeking a highly analytical, business-minded Financial Analyst, FP&A to support financial planning, forecasting, operational reporting, and strategic analysis across the organization.
Requirements
- 2-6+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, consulting, accounting, banking, or analytical business roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel proficiency
- Strong communicator with the ability to work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Exposure to SaaS and operational metrics including CAC, LTV, pipeline forecasting, and revenue analytics
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or other BI/reporting platforms
