Requirements
- Schedule tour reservations and collect required deposits
Nice to have
- Attend training sessions and department meetings, stay current on marketing materials and industry trends, and set and review performance goals (20%)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Sales and/or marketing experience preferred, not required
- Schedule flexibility is required.
- Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays, based on business needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team‑oriented with the ability to work in a shared environment
- Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, general computer skills, and smart devices
Compensation
- Pay: $19.00 per hour, with commission opportunities.
- The hourly rate for this role is $19.00 - $19.00 plus commissions and bonuses.
