Lead the evolution and re-architecture of the ETF platform to support product growth, scale and risk oversight
Design ETF operating model and workflows for new strategies or exposures within an ETF wrapper
Drive ecosystem development to support scaling and trading of our ETF product suite, ensuring ETF participants such as Authorized Participants (APs) and market makers can effectively support new products
Markets, investment or technology acumen with a drive and curiosity at their intersection

For San Francisco, CA Only the salary range for this position is USD$150,000.00 - USD$200,000.00.
Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
