The Data Analyst will provide data analysis, reporting, and visualization support to the Statistics & Data Science team across post-market surveillance, manufacturing, R&D, and clinical data sources.
Essential Job Functions Generate routine and ad hoc descriptive analyses, summaries, tables, graphs, and reports to support operational, quality, product, and clinical decision-making.
Develop, automate, and maintain recurring reports and analytical workflows using programming tools and reproducible code to improve efficiency, consistency, and timeliness.
Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards and other data visualization tools that enable stakeholders to monitor key metrics and trends.

Bachelor's degree with excellent track record in mathematics, statistics, data science, computer science, business analytics or equivalent (master's preferable).
Strong programming skills in R or Python, with experience in both.
Occasional travel may be required.
Partner with statisticians and subject matter experts to determine when a request is appropriate for a data analyst solution versus when deeper methodological or statistical expertise is required.

A reasonable estimate of the annual base salary for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 plus discretionary annual bonus.
Pay ranges may vary by location and will be awarded based on experience.
