About the role

  • This role contributes directly to the capital raises and strategic acquisitions that fuel MEI's rapidly growing platform.

Responsibilities

  • Support MEI's capital raises, including preparation of investor materials, data room management, and coordination of diligence responses
  • Manage modeling and diligence workstreams across platform and operating portfolio M&A opportunities, from initial screening through close
  • Review project-level models and refine underwriting criteria to support capital allocation decisions
  • Support other strategic finance initiatives on an as-needed basis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience - 2-5+ years of experience in project finance, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a related finance discipline
  • proficiency with PowerPoint and data/BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • Technical Skills - Advanced Excel and financial modeling; proficiency with PowerPoint and data/BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Mindset - Detail-oriented and self-sufficient, comfortable working through ambiguity while managing multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment
