- The PTA is responsible for administering prescribed treatments, documenting patient progress, and assisting patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic clinic, preferably in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
- Candidates must demonstrate basic mathematical proficiency, including operations with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- The position also requires sound reasoning ability, with the capacity to follow detailed instructions and address routine problems using practical, common-sense solutions in standardized situations.
- Graduate of accredited physical therapy assistant school.
- Licenses/Certifications
- CA State Board of Physical Therapy licensure or has applied for CA state licensure.
Compensation
- Hourly Evening Shift Differential: $3.00
- Hourly Night Shift Differential: $3.00
