Responsibilities
- Lead capital projects from initial concept through project completion
- Partner with Asset Management, Investments, Design, Residential Services, Engineering, and Operations teams to develop project strategies
- Manage consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams
- Support long-term capital planning and portfolio improvement initiatives
- The Manager of Capital Projects leads the planning, due diligence, scoping, design, underwriting, execution, and reporting of capital projects across the region.
- The role is responsible for developing scopes of work, project budgets, schedules, and execution plans that align with asset management and investment objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Business, or a related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with project management and financial reporting tools
Compensation
- $92,800.00 - $154,500.00
