- You'll work closely with engineering, business stakeholders, and client‑facing teams to translate market needs, client challenges, and operational realities into clear product direction.
Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains a product roadmap based on market insight, user feedback, analysis, customer trends and competitive research.
- Establish & maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to understand their technical needs as well as their individual business.
- Perform market research to understand and communicate new trends relative to each product team to remain competitive.
- 10% - PRESALES & C LIENT SOLUTION SUPPORT: Partners with Sales, Client Success, and solution teams to support presales activities.
- Participates in client discovery discussions, validates product fit and technical feasibility, contributes to solution design and scope definition, and supports RFP responses, demos, and client presentations.
- Prioritize enhancement and lifecycle management, work with the development teams to drive business value and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborates with technical architects, developers, business analysts, project managers to develop and improve processes.
- Capacity to analyze and understand product solutions to create and manage product roadmaps.
- Desire to innovate - develop new ideas independently and with a team and execute with minimal direction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting regular deadlines
