You'll work closely with engineering, business stakeholders, and client‑facing teams to translate market needs, client challenges, and operational realities into clear product direction.

Creates and maintains a product roadmap based on market insight, user feedback, analysis, customer trends and competitive research.
Establish & maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to understand their technical needs as well as their individual business.
Perform market research to understand and communicate new trends relative to each product team to remain competitive.
10% - PRESALES & C LIENT SOLUTION SUPPORT: Partners with Sales, Client Success, and solution teams to support presales activities.
Participates in client discovery discussions, validates product fit and technical feasibility, contributes to solution design and scope definition, and supports RFP responses, demos, and client presentations.
Prioritize enhancement and lifecycle management, work with the development teams to drive business value and operational efficiencies.
Collaborates with technical architects, developers, business analysts, project managers to develop and improve processes.
Capacity to analyze and understand product solutions to create and manage product roadmaps.
Desire to innovate - develop new ideas independently and with a team and execute with minimal direction.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting regular deadlines

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.
