Responsibilities

  • CodePath is a qualifying employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), helping employees manage student loan debt
  • Own renewals across your accounts and keep every partner engaged and returning each term.
  • Build relationships across the full campus map: faculty, department chairs, deans, and administrators.

  • CodePath has built a network of 50+ campus partners, and the opportunity now is depth: making each partnership go further, semester after semester.
  • If you succeed, twelve months from now our existing partners will be enrolling more students in more courses than we thought possible, and every school in the network will be growing the same way.
  • It's an early team building the partnership motion from the ground up, so you'll help shape the playbook.
  • You'll work alongside a business development counterpart who originates new campus partners and a senior partnerships manager to grow and retain the existing book.

Requirements

  • Build and mobilize champions among faculty and department chairs who pull CodePath deeper into the curriculum, across elective and required courses and into career development.

Nice to have

  • You bring 5+ years in account management, customer success, partnerships, or sales engineering.
  • You have the technical depth to discuss CS curriculum and earn the respect of CS faculty
  • You turn complex data into clear stories and act on what it tells you.
  • You excel at cross-functional collaboration, coordinating across internal teams to serve your accounts.
  • You already use AI tools daily to work faster and sharper, and you can show how.
  • You've worked directly with faculty, ideally in computer science or STEM departments.
  • You have a CS degree and/or background in software engineering.

Compensation

  • For this role, we're hiring for a Senior Manager level position at an annual salary of $130,000 to $150,000.
  • Salary is determined based on your relevant experience and skills as evaluated through our interview process.
  • This is a salaried role. It does not include commission or variable compensation.
  • Work-Life Balance: Generous PTO, paid holidays, 10 weeks of fully paid parental leave, and an annual year-end company closure (Dec 24 - Jan 2)
