Lead the strategic procurement of automotive software, electronic components and LV/HV wire harness assemblies
Conduct detailed cost analyses, implement cost‑reduction programs, and support financial optimization initiatives
Manage contract negotiations and pricing discussions with suppliers, including those operating in monopoly markets
Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments including Engineering, Software Development, Quality, and Program Management
Support projects and advancements related to autonomous driving, vehicle connectivity, and emerging automotive technologies

Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.
Occasional domestic and international travel required to meet with colleagues, suppliers, and external partners
Valid passport required

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Software Development or a closely related technical discipline

Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or project management for electronic components or software preferred

$90,000.00 - $115,000.00
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program.
Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.
The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
