Responsibilities
- This full-time, outdoor, route-based role manages a recurring route of customers, applies lawn and pest control/pesticide treatments, and provides expert advice to property owners.
Requirements
- No prior lawn care technician experience is required for this role - training is provided!
Benefits
- You'll build relationships, explain treatment plans, and recommend services that improve lawn health.
- $22/hr starting pay - $23/hr after MA Pesticide License Avg. earnings ~ $25/hr based on production 8% commission earned on sales of add-on services Medical, dental, life, and disability insurance
