  • FLINT is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator for our Calgary office.
  • In this critical role, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll while maintaining compliance with federal and provincial legislation, company policies, and payroll best practices.

  • Maintain payroll records and employee files in compliance with legislative requirements, audit standards, and confidentiality protocols.
  • Support internal and external payroll audits by providing accurate records and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare payroll journal entries and support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities.
  • Liaise with payroll system vendors and internal departments to resolve issues and implement system improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict payroll deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Canadian payroll legislation, taxation, employment standards, and payroll compliance requirements.
  • Experience with UKG and IFS systems is considered an asset.
