About the role

Matter Health is seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Medical Director to provide physician leadership across our Northeast markets.
Our physicians care for older adults living in affordable housing communities-many of whom face significant barriers to accessing healthcare.
The ideal candidate is a mission-driven physician leader who is passionate about improving outcomes for underserved populations while supporting providers and clinical teams across multiple markets.

This role will partner closely with operational and clinical leaders to support care delivery, provider performance, quality initiatives, and continued market growth.
