Join Our Team KLS Earthworks & Environmental is seeking an experienced Pipelayer to join our Calgary-based team.
This role is an addition to our strong underground construction group and plays a key part in keeping our on-road fleet operating safely, efficiently, and at peak performance.

Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain underground utility pipelines according to blueprints, specifications, and safety codes.

Minimum of 3-5 years working as a Pipelayer in the underground construction industry
Thorough knowledge of pipe lasers and transit use (leveled, grade, proper working order)
Ability to read blueprint and city specifications is required
Ability to read and understand Locates is required
Ability to dig trenches manually or with machinery as required.
Familiarity with bucket operation techniques is advantageous.
Group RSP eligibility after 2 years' employment
Cut pipes to required lengths
Dig trenches to desired or required depths by hand or using trenching tools
