Manage daily construction activities to ensure compliance with contract documents, design drawings, and airport operational constraints.
Lead coordination between contractors, design teams (civil, structural, MEP, and systems), airport authorities, and regulatory agencies.
Track progress, validate pay applications, and support cost control, claims review, and change management.
Familiarity with design-build or CM/GC delivery methods and stakeholder-heavy programs.

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
10-15+ years of experience in construction management or engineering within the A/E/C industry.
Direct experience with aviation infrastructure and/or automated people mover (APM), rail, or transit systems required.

Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
Experience working on large, complex projects in active airport environments is highly preferred.
