About the role
- As demand for AI continues to accelerate, how to scale and improve engineering productivity become one of the company's most strategic challenges.
- This role will work directly with different engineering teams, IT, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, and executive leadership to maximize our engineering productivity so that we can our customer demands without linearly increasing the team size.
Responsibilities
- Provide cross-functional leadership with Engineering and Product Management, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
- Be hands-on, working closely with Software Engineers and Product Managers to design, build, and deliver the next generation of Snowflake services and apps.
Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields or equivalent practical experience (e.g. familiarity with SQL, Python, Data).
