Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain a meaningful relationship with clients, providing guidance throughout the legal process.
- Collaboration with Attorneys: Work closely with the assigned attorney to develop effective case strategies.
- Document Gathering and Organization: Collect and organize all necessary documents for demand preparation and case development.
- Expense Tracking: Track and document case expenses throughout the different stages of the case.
- Caseload Management: Efficiently manage a high-volume caseload of 100+ files, ensuring timely and effective case handling.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bilingual - English & Spanish (required).
