About the role
- Leading a diverse team, you'll guide them towards high-quality outcomes, allocate resources, and adjust for project efficiency.
- Risk assessment and mitigation will be crucial, alongside budget development and cost control.
- This is a remote position, reporting to Director, Project Management.
Responsibilities
- You will develop project plans, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the defined scope.
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- You will lead cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and other project resources.
- You will manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
- You will develop project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.
- You will identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to confirm project goals, scope, and requirements.
- You will maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, requirements, change requests, and other project-related artifacts.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design, web and mobile development, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, in related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on digital experience technology implementations and related projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Experience managing project budgets, allocating resources, and ensuring project profitability.
- Experience managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience applying them to digital projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- In-depth understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices. Familiarity with user experience (UX) design, web and mobile development, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing.
- Identify and overcome project-related challenges and risks.

Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
- The annual salary range for this position is $78,000 - $126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
