Responsibilities
- Coordinate with assigned installation crews, providing guidance and support for equipment and delivery.
- Manage inventory and track the status of materials and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including material lists, delivery schedules, and progress reports.
Requirements
- Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment required for the installation of Voice Communication Switches.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, project management, or a related role, preferably in the telecommunications or aviation industry.
- What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, project management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to oversee and coordinate multiple tasks and teams simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and industry standards related to voice communication systems is preferred.
- Ability to travel to various installation sites as needed.
- Experience with the installation of Voice Communication Switches or similar telecommunications equipment.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or logistics (e.g., CLTD).
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices.
- The job may require occasional evening or weekend work to meet project deadlines or address urgent issues.
Compensation
- $63,600.00 - $111,300.00
