Requirements

  • Responsible for Deviation Management to assure compliance to MIL standards.
  • Assures NMR containment activity, material disposition, and corrective action (FRACA).
  • Familiar with the use of failure analysis equipment and techniques and helps define course of analysis for failed components in order to reach failure root cause.
  • Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving activities via 8D programs.
  • Interface with factory and provide guidance on technical matters relating to product and process quality.

Compensation

  • Leominster, MA Minimum of $113,600 salary per year / Maximum of $156,200 salary per year In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. #LI-TG1
