Requirements
- Strong analytical skills, with proven expertise in SQL and data visualization using BI tools (e.g., Sigma)
- The ability to break complex problems into smaller, actionable steps
- 4+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Partner/Channel Operations at a high-growth technology company
- Hands-on experience supporting partner, channel, alliance, or co-sell motions (e.g., deal registration, partner attribution, referral or reseller programs)
- A proven track record of building end-to-end solutions, from data collection and analysis through execution
- Strong Salesforce experience, including objects, reporting, and process design for partner-related workflows
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners
- A highly adaptable, proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Coachability and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
