About the role

  • PeakMade is hiring an experienced, sales-driven manager to join our New Development team as a New Development Property Manager.
  • Upon opening, this position may have the opportunity to move to a future new development project or remain at the property as it transitions to the Operations Team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an excellent customer service program by adhering to the Peak Simply Service Standards Passion for getting creative - coming up with a variety of contests, resident events and effective marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the property Responds promptly to associate/resident/guest needs and concerns. *Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Student housing experience required, preferably with a strong sales background.
