About the role
- This role will be part of a small, dedicated UX Research team.
- You will get a lot of variety and see a lot of impact.
- We cover 25 sports and have products for web, mobile, and connected TV.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the tagging taxonomy
- Ability to drive definition and certainty in an ambiguous environment

- Hack-a-thons and a full calendar of team-building and social events
Requirements
- Experience with both B2C and B2B research studies
Skills
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods
- 5+ years of experience in UX research
- Excellent presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Relevant portfolio
- Willingness to travel
- Master's degree in relevant field
- Experience with a research repository system like EnjoyHQ, Dovetail, Condens, Aurelius, etc.
- Experience with UX research platforms and tools like Maze, dscout, Optimal Workshop, Lookback, UserZoom, etc.
- Experience with behavioral analytics platforms like Mixpanel, Pendo, Heap, Amplitude, etc.
- Experience with Figma
- Awareness of Agile and how to work in an Agile system
Compensation
- Flo streams more than 50,000 live events annually across sports, including motorsports, wrestling, hockey, track & field, cheer, jiu-jitsu, NCAA Division II and III athletics, and more.
