Responsibilities
- Use fiber and copper infrastructure to set up and maintain systems, test equipment, and program devices.
- Maintain a clean and stocked service vehicle and ensure proper use of company tools and equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and external vendors
- In this role, you'll install and maintain essential broadband, security, and voice services that keep homes and businesses across Central Indiana connected.
Requirements
- Required Certifications: Network+ and BICSI Technician (TECH)
Skills
- Preparing work orders, tickets, and time sheets
- Using service equipment, hand tools, and fall protection gear
- Troubleshooting and resolving service issues independently
- Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Company info
