Responsibilities
- Exhibit the desired behaviors that support McKesson's Culture of Excellence and iCare values
- Through your authentic leadership you will influence, motivate and inspire your team to deliver their accountabilities:
- Exercise effective employee and labor relations strategies to manage Employee concerns and performance related issues
- Employ Lean Six Sigma methodology to optimize operational processes
- Implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (graduating or in 3rd year).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics is a plus.

- Self-starter that brings both interpersonal skills abilities to identify a problem then solve it.
